Account Director
You are a trusted partner for both clients and colleagues. Successfully managing client expectations by being their voice within the agency. Equipped with knowledge, experience, and reassuring confidence, you provide trusted advice to your clients and are comfortable challenging perceptions when needed. Exceptional client service is part of your DNA. You develop a deep understanding of the client’s business strategy, market sector and their competitors. This endless pursuit enables you to be an authoritative voice that breeds confidence and trust throughout our client portfolio.
Below are some of the things we are looking for; you don’t need to be amazing at all of them!
Specifics:
• You have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with an established ability to manage multiple work streams and multiple client relationships
• You are comfortable navigating growth opportunities and discussing 2LK’s
• You are highly skilled at handling client and account challenges as/if they arise
• You are an engaging and persuasive presenter
• You write clear, concise, and objective client briefs
• You have a relentless attention to detail
• You are a natural decision maker, and know how to listen and nurture team members to get the best out of the client project team
• You are comfortable playing a significant role in the agency pitch process
• You have a good understanding of the creative lead approach to projects and understand how to work with a creative studio
• You have a good understanding of delivery expectations to support our creative, project and production experts
• You have a strong financial focus and are across all financial forecasting and have a good understanding of managing and creating fee proposals, budgeting, procurement, and reconciliation
Experience:
6+ years relevant experience is desired; however, this does not have to be specifically within a brand experience agency. Wider experiences are always welcome, and we do not expect extensive experience in all the specific areas. An interest in the Tech sector may be an advantage, as this forms our current client base. Our benchmarked salaries are competitive and will reflect your experience and come with a generous benefits package.
