Account Manager
Trusted by clients and colleagues alike, you specialise in building successful, long-standing relationships. You manage client expectations by being their voice within our agency. Equipped with knowledge, experience and reassuring confidence, you provide objective advice to clients and are comfortable challenging perceptions when needed. You are value obsessed and hyper focused on delivering successful client outcomes and future states, using 2LK’s great work to fuel new opportunities.
Below are some of the things we are looking for; you don’t need to be amazing at all of them!
Specifics:
• You have an outstanding record of retaining and growing client relationships as a trusted advisor and leader
• As an expert networker, gaining exposure and introduction to new client contacts comes easily to you
• Your knowledge of client organisations, products and services, markets and marketing, is the foundation for your sage advice
• You regularly and expertly position 2LK’s service breadth and depth to both existing and new client contacts
• You have strong financial acumen, understanding fee proposals, budgets, forecasts, scopes of work and financial reconciliation
• You have a good understanding of procurement and contract negotiation
• You work autonomously, but also operate effectively as a key member of 2LK’s Client Service Team
• You are comfortable playing a significant role in the agency pitch process.
• You write clear, concise and objective client briefs
• You resource the right people to address every client opportunity or project
• You are a natural decision maker, know how to listen and nurture team members to get the best out of the project teams
• You have a good understanding of the creative lead approach to projects and how to work with a creative studio
• You have a good understanding of delivery expectations to support our creative, project and production experts
• You have a relentless attention to detail
• You agree with the general improvement of business standards and practices in pursuit of a more sustainable brand experience future
Experience:
3+ years relevant experience is desired; however, this does not have to be specifically within a brand experience agency. Wider experiences are always welcome, and we do not expect extensive experience in all the specific areas.
An interest in the Tech sector may be an advantage, as this forms our current client base. Our benchmarked salaries are competitive and will reflect your experience and come with a generous benefits package.
