Workflow Manager
You sit right in the hub of the agency, prioritising the smooth, effective running of projects through the agency. You work with the Senior Creative Team alongside Production and Client Services teams to improve the quality and delivery of our work. Consistently showing excellent communication and organisational skills, being able to listen, negotiate and support on multiple projects is your superpower, this enables you to spot problems before they arise and deal with them efficiently and successfully.
Below are some of the things we are looking for from this role:
Specifics:
• Taking ownership of internal creative briefs, collaborating with AM/PMs to ensure the studio team have everything required before starting a brief
• Overall traffic management, placing and prioritising projects within the studio, ensuring the right people are the right fit for each project
• Freelance management - Working with the heads of departments you manage our freelance resource requirements; bookings, negotiating rates, raising po’s and introducing new freelance talent to the agency
• You lead weekly scheduling meetings ensuring any project changes (client led/internal timings) are swiftly communicated to all project teams within the business
• You ensure that all studio technology is kept up to date and relevant (hardware/software/licensing) and are able to advise and recommend on future trends
• You ensure that timesheets are completed weekly and accurately reflect the time taken on each job, and provide admin support
• You continually evaluate the agency workflow processes and identify opportunities to improve
• You are passionate about championing the 2LK’s creative output and look to build collaborative relationships with all members of the 2LK team
Experience:
3+ years relevant experience is desired. Our benchmarked salaries are competitive and will reflect your experience and come with a generous benefits package.
Location:
Our offices are located in Farnham, Surrey. We have a flexible working approach to our working week; for this role you would be required to be in the office at least four days a week.
