Account Director - 12 month Maternity Cover
You are a trusted partner for both clients and colleagues, with exceptional client service in your DNA. You know how to bring value to every client relationship, building trust while championing creative ambition. Business development excites you, and you're an integral player in prospecting and pitches - always looking for the hook, the story, the idea that makes clients sit up and take notice.
You have a natural ability to define opportunity and deliverables, and onboard projects to the agency with agility and clarity - all while keeping creativity at the heart of everything you do.

Strategic & Creative Leadership
• You're motivated by delivering growth through outstanding work that achieves objectives for both client and agency
• You have a creative mind and love collaborating with strategists and designers - turning client opportunities into inspiring creative briefs that excite the whole team
• You're curious about technology, staying ahead of the latest innovations and using these insights to guide teams and clients towards smart, future-focused solutions
• You champion brave ideas and know how to sell them - balancing commercial realities with creative ambition
• You're expert at creating account growth plans and achieving those through pro-active, considered and tangible actions
• You're passionate about creativity and understand how to work seamlessly and productively across departments, actively seeking out new and innovative creative inspiration
• You're comfortable discussing 2LK's offering and finding opportunities to broaden perceptions of the agency
• You're a natural manager of stakeholders, ensuring we drive decisions in a smart and collaborative manner, both internally and with clients
Communication & Presentation
• You have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with proven ability to manage multiple work streams and client relationships
• You're an engaging and persuasive presenter and enjoy pitching - both on brand new opportunities and leading ongoing client creative development
• You're a compelling writer, able to adapt tone and style across pitch presentations, marketing materials, briefing documents and SOWs
• You understand the need for clear communications, both internally and with clients
Commercial & Operational Excellence
• You have strong commercial acumen - from opportunity mining and revenue forecasting to managing proposals, budgets, and reconciliation
• You know how to shape and secure scopes of work with clear and measurable objectives, while protecting space for creative exploration
• You have relentless attention to detail, ensuring our work is accurate and professional
• You understand that great work comes from great collaboration - you're a connector who brings out the best in creative teams
Experience Required:
10+ years' relevant experience within brand experience, events and experiential design. As an intentionally tech-focused agency, we're looking for your experience to include work with global technology brands - and a portfolio that showcases not just what you've delivered, but the creative thinking behind it.
Location:
Our offices are located in Farnham, Surrey. We have a flexible working approach to our working week; for this role you would be required to be in the office at least three days a week.
