Account Director - 12 month Maternity Cover
You are a trusted partner for both clients and colleagues. Successfully managing client expectations and needs within the agency as well as effectively representing and protecting the agency creative and commercial outcomes. Exceptional client service is part of your DNA. You're naturally drawn to building a deep understanding of our client’s business strategy, market, competition and brands allowing you to shape insight driven and meaningful brand experiences.
You seek to build trust, respect and confidence with every client interaction in order to deliver the very best work but also secure a deep relationship and pipeline of future projects. You understand how to bring value to a client-agency relationship and develop opportunities. You have a keen interest in business development and enjoy being an integral player in prospecting and pitches.
You have a natural ability to define opportunity and deliverables, and onboard projects to the agency with agility and clarity.

Specifics:
• You are motivated by delivering growth through outstanding work that achieves objectives for both client and agency 
• You work well with strategists to turn client opportunities into inspiring creative briefs
• You have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with proven ability to manage multiple work streams and client relationships
• You are expert at creating account growth plans and achieving those through pro-active, considered and tangible actions
• You have strong commercial acumen and are happy opportunity mining and converting, revenue forecasting and working alongside production to manage proposals, budgeting, procurement, and reconciliation
• You know how to shape and secure scopes of work with clear and measurable objectives
• You're comfortable discussing 2LK’s offering and finding opportunities to broaden perceptions of the agency
• You're an engaging and persuasive presenter and enjoy pitching, both on brand new opportunities as well as leading ongoing client creative development
• You have relentless attention to detail ensuring our work is accurate and professional
• You are a compelling writer, able to adapt tone and style depending on output which will cover pitch presentations, marketing materials, briefing documents and SOWs.
• You understand the need for clear communications, both internally and with clients
• You're a natural manager of stakeholders, ensuring we drive decisions in a smart and collaborative manner, both internally and with clients
• You're passionate about creativity and understand how to work seamlessly and productively across departments, often seeking out new and innovative creative inspiration
• You enjoy and are able to travel internationally to meet clients, attend thought leader events, and be onsite for our event deliveries
Experience:
10+ years relevant experience within brand experience and experiential design is desired. Our benchmarked salaries are competitive and will reflect your experience and come with a generous benefits package.
Location:
Our offices are located in Farnham, Surrey. We have a flexible working approach to our working week; for this role you would be required to be in the office at least three days a week.
